Cross Creek Market
Cross Creek Market is a 38-acre mixed-use development in Cedar Park, TX. The masterplan includes 600 apartment units, a dual-branded hotel concept, and 61,000 SF of restaurants, retail, and entertainment concepts. Cordova acted as master developer for the project and was the vertical developer for the retail portion. Tenant’s include Hopdoddy Burgers, the Grove Wine Bar, and First Watch. The retail was built with a build and hold strategy, with a significant basis reduction from multifamily and hotel land sales.
