All Plaza (formerly known as Capstar Plaza) is a 7-story LEED Gold certified Class A Office building located at the ”gateway” of downtown Austin on 5th Street and Cambell. The Project has a 120,000 sf footprint and is the tallest building west of Lamar Boulevard. Views include Downtown, Zilker Park, Lake Austin and Westlake Hills. JLL Plaza was 100% leased prior to ground breaking and the closing of the construction loan.
